Help please...bumper worse then I expected...

So I got a message from my sister on FaceBook asking me what I am going to do when I get home. I tell her my plans about fixing the bumper on my car and then she tells me that apparently my front bumper is not only having paint issues, but also the front bumper is hanging and my parents taped it! What the hell?!! Now I have to fix that as well! Never let your parents drive your car if they don't know how to go up ramps and speed bumps. They were supposed to keep it cleaned and waxed while I was gone but apparently using it as well. I will see what the damage is since my sister will take photos of it and send it too me. May need some help from someone that's good with body work and paint but also have decent prices...
